Hi I’m

Sherylle

Sherylle began her yoga journey in 2001 as a source of healing and wellbeing. Sherylle quickly appreciated the beauty and benefits that yoga offered and its holistic ability to inspire, energize, and center the mind and body by building flexibility, balance, and strength. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through the Yoga Alliance and has been teaching since 2014. She also holds a 100-hr Yin Yoga certification.

Her passion to teach yoga stems from her belief that yoga is for everyone. It is inclusive and there is something that everyone can gain from a regular yoga practice. Sherylle shares the beauty and benefits of yoga with others so that they can find balance and wellbeing through their own yoga journeys. Sherylle's teaching style creates an inviting environment as she guides students through their practice in a holistic way. It is through mindful movement that she strives to inspire, energize, and center the mind and body by building flexibility, balance, and strength. Sherylle teaches restorative, yin, and vinyasa yoga. Sherylle also has a Ph.D. in applied developmental psychology and her “day job” is as a research director at Claremont McKenna College where she does research, writes, and teaches about women and leadership.
