Practice & Teaching

We incorporate traditional foundations of yoga with up-to-date science to offer services for the modern world. Our intention  is to share this way of life with others.

Mindful Space Yoga & Meditation intends to provide yoga and meditation by combining knowledge on body anatomy and physiology, meditation techniques, and yoga philosophy for the modern world. With this in mind, Mindful Space Yoga and Meditation studio want to introduce mindfulness techniques and skill development as bases for a healthy lifestyle.

The studio will offer a stunning variety of yoga sessions including Hatha, vinyasa flow, mindful flow, and power yoga for strength and mobility, power yoga, yoga sculpt, integrated vinyasa flow. Restorative and Yin for flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction. Myofascial release for overall body tune-up. 

Introducing a broad category of guided meditations such as; meditation for anxiety and stress, body scan, yoga Nidra, centered breath, vipassana, loving-kindness. Mindfulness-based stress reduction, and mindful movement.
